Take a hot bath, treat yourself. Turn on some soothing music, light up some candles and soak in the tub. That’s one of my favourite things to do. I someone stay in the tub for more than an hour and I come out all pruned up! Lol...
When I’m feeling sick, I take a hot bath to sweat it out too. Have a glass of wine, read a book or put on a facial while you’re relaxing in the tub. It’s one of the easiest ways to relieve you from a tiring day from work.
